Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- We do not accept returns for items that are used, damaged due to misuse, or returned after the 7-day window.

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company or payment provider; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos and your order details.
